First attempt at vegan croissants. I give them a 4 out of 5. Need to lighten them up next time. Used this recipe from Food52. Next time try cutting the dough square in half before the final rollout to make it easier to roll it thin enough.

Interesting never tried Vegan ones. Is there much difference ?
If you can find really good vegan butter like Miyoko’s European Cultured Butter, then you can get close.
