There are so many fantastic vegans blogging and sharing their recipes. Here are some of my favorites. Most are 100% vegan and some are vegan and vegetarian.
First attempt at vegan croissants. I give them a 4 out of 5. Need to lighten them up next time. Used this recipe from Food52. Next time try cutting the dough square in half before the final rollout to make it easier to roll it thin enough.
